Viacom Paramount is set to launch in the middle east

Local domination Viacom International has broadened  its collaboration with major broadcasting company OSN to announce the new Paramount Channel.  The collaboration was introduced at Cabsat’s Content Congress Wednesday March 22 in Dubai.

President and managing director Raffaele Annecchino, along with VIMN SWEMEA, stated: 

“After launching the first Paramount Channel ever just five years ago, the Mena version will be the 12th in the world, expanding the Paramount Channel reach to more than 94 million households across nearly 100 countries. The Paramount Channel in MENA is the next step forward in this rapid expansion and a very important launch.  At some point, as we do in many markets, Paramount Channel skeleton to embody some internal cinema that have proven a success, and we will work some-more with a film village in MENA, our plan is always a global one, mixing tellurian and internal calm and focus.”

Equivalent for civic content, a brand new Mideast channel is also approaching to underline over time.

Paramount Channel is one of the utmost universallyshared movie channels in the world and the quickest at thriving quality in VIMN’s history.  Paramount provides movie onlookers and TV series with an exclusive concentration on backstory scenes and narrative aspects.

VIMN now delivers 9 brands in the Middle East specifically on OSN with Nickelodeon HD, NickToons, Teen Nick, Nick Jr, Comedy Central; a Spike branded block – VH1, MTV Live HD; and eventually Paramount Channel; with programs accessible to the On Demand and OSN Play services and the NickPlay App and double-language restricted websites. 

The dispatch of Paramount Channel (ch 34), Nick Toons (ch 358), and Teen Nick (OSN Play, OSN On Demand) increases VIMN’s collection  with OSN to eight channels, with Nickelodeon HD (ch 355), Nick Jr (ch 356), Comedy Central (ch 207) with a Spike branded section, Vh1 (ch 303) and MTV Live HD (ch 300). 

According to a recent interview with Hollywood chief content officer Emad Morcos said that,  

"The new additions further consolidate VIMN’s position as the No. 1 provider of international branded services on OSN’s platforms,the three new channels, in addition to the offering already available, give our viewers access to the very best entertainment from around the world.”
