Kylie Jenner’s Pop-Up Shop Was a Huge Success
King Kylie does it again. On December 9, 2016, reality queen Kylie Jenner opened up a pop-up shop in the Topanga Westfield Mall in Canoga Park, CA. Kylie fans waited in line by the thousands to shop Kylie’s signature cosmetics, accessories, and a brand new apparel line. Keeping with the pattern of Kylie’s prior releases, the pop-up shop was a hit. Fans began lining up the night before the opening and patiently waited through the night for a chance to shop.
Those who made it to the front of the line could purchase Kylie’s signature Lip Kit, a lip gloss and liner duo. Previous online drops of the kit have sold out within minutes. Kylie also debuted her new line, The Kylie Shop. The Kylie Shop apparel includes underwear, outerwear, and accessories like iPhone cases. Patrons of the pop-up shop were able to get their hands on the new gear before the online shop opened. Like Kylie’s other entrepreneurial endeavors, the pop-up shop was a huge success.
Though just 19, the youngest of the Jenner-Kardashian family has made her mark and grown a brand of her own. Kylie’s fanbase is strong, and willing to wait hours in line to get their own fifteen seconds of Kylie. The media hype that accompanies her merchandise frequently leads to tremendous sales, and her pop-up shop was no different.
